Rust and Q-branching

Hi,

I've been holding off updates to some packages I maintain as new releases
require Rust-1.54

As we approach the next stable Q-branching, I wonder if we plan to ship it with
Rust-1.52.1 ?

Thank you for any input and thoughts about this.

The obvious question and before anyone asks. Why don't I update it myself?
1) Rust t's a rather complex package that affects more archictectures than I'm
confortable messing around with.
2) I simply don't have enough disk space to build it.
