net/ntp4: where is ntp.conf and the rc.d files?

Hi,

my host:

Linux e130 4.9.0-11-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.189-3+deb9u1 (2019-09-20) 
x86_64 GNU/Linux


I've installed net/ntp4. I expected to find some configuration files is 
either share/doc/ntp/ or share/ntp/, but I can only see html files and 
no such configuration files.

In the distfile, there's is a /scripts/rc/ directory with:

ntpd
rc.d/ntpd
rc.d/ntpwait
rc.d/TIMESYNC

I still don't get the complexity of pkgsrc, but I wonder why these files 
are not available.

I understand these files come by default on NetBSD. Maybe there are some 
extra configuration parameters I have to play with?
