Bounty for packaging gitlab

Hi all,

I'd like to offer a bounty of $600 to anyone that packages GitLab
(community edition).

Completion criteria:
- GitLab >= 13.6.0
- Runs on NetBSD
- Instructions for how to set it up, so that an OAuth authentication
  from GitHub works, as well as all the expected features (in a MESSAGE
  or wiki)
- If the contributor has commit access, it is committed to pkgsrc.

Offer valid until 1st of March, 2021.

The work will probably be a whole lot of packaging ruby gems.
