python modules for review/import

Greetings,

I've added two packages to wip for the community: py-folium and py-branca. Folium is a tool visualize geospatial data (aka create maps) in python. py-branca is a dependency. 

I think these would be most at home as follows:
devel/py-branca
geography/py-folium

Would you please review these for import? As a novice, I am interested in critque. Thank you for your time.
