Hey,

As the last Rust update caused some regressions for Firefox, for now
I've only committed the 1.46.0 update to our tree:

  https://github.com/joyent/pkgsrc/commit/f12f83046166896abc70321b6e9dae910e1bf542

If someone wants to go ahead and finish off the update for NetBSD then
please start with this change as it updates various patches (note that
some of them have been renamed).
