new pkgsrc-security key

Hi!

As every year, there is a new key for the pkgsrc-security team. This
key is mostly used for signing the pkg-vulnerabilities file but you
can also use it for emailing the pkgsrc-security team.

The new key is:

pub   rsa4096 2020-05-09 [SC] [expires: 2021-06-03]
      CE2DDE522639986C1B440FB15C9B33D4220A0E46
uid            pkgsrc Security Team <pkgsrc-security%pkgsrc.org@localhost>
