New package: wip/u-boot-orangepi-pc

Hi all!

I have added the new u-boot-orangepi-pc package to pkgsrc-wip, based
on u-boot-orangepi-one package. The package built fine, my Orange Pi
PC board booted with this without problem.

Could you review and commit it to pkgsrc if found good?
