I'm fighting with qgis. The latest versions requires qt5, but also
qwt < 6.1 (from the INSTALL notes). AFAIK all qwt before 6.1 don't build with
qt5. Still looking at what's going on ...
BTW I have a qwt 6.1 package ready (which can install without conflicts
with the qt4 qtw), I'll commit it later today
