time to drop some Xen packages

Hello
right now we have packages for xen 4.2, 4.5, 4.6, 4.8 and 4.11.
Only the last 2 are still supported upstream.
I propose to remove 4.2, 4.5 and 4.6 after the next branch,
and add a note to MESSAGE about it.
