Re: adding DFSG as an approving authority (also Fedora)
I earlier said I was unaware about Fedora and allowing only Free
Software. However, they are sort of like Debian and do publish lists.
They seem to include only licenses which meet the FSF definition.
They also include the Bitstream Vera font license, despite it failing to
meet the FSF guidelines. But there seems to be some notion that the
world is in general ok with it. Riding on Fedora approval (which seems
to permit this sort of thing only in fonts) seems more reasonable than
us deciding to accept non-Free licenses.
So, I wonder about adding being on the Fedora-acceptable license list as
a fourth approving authority.
