Well … can we agree that the asymmetric patch file that exists now is
suboptimal (incompatible with GNU patch, unnecessarily large)? Would be
nice if someone applied my change to CVS, then.

Generally, I am having a look a the math/lapack package now. I see that
lapack-3.7.1 also ships updated cblas, so I am going to switch
wip/cblas to that. Once we update to the current lapack-3.8.0, the
distribution also contains lapacke, so I'll refrain from adding that
one from its own source before that, rather having math/lapack,
math/blas, and math/cblas from the same source later on.

My next local install will be pkgsrc-2018Q1 with heavy BLAS/LAPACK
changes, then. Or we manage to roll this stuff into 2108Q2 in case I am
faster in pkgsrc than in my real work;-)
