without testing packages that use it. I can't think of a single llvm depent that is working right now. mesalib is broken for amdgpu since updating from llvm 3.7 creduce doesn't build from llvm 4.0 rust is forced to use a builtin llvm since 3.9 the new version is not worth it!! just stop!
