Importing Perl 6 and friends

Hi!

After the next branch, I would like to 

- remove lang/rakudo-star (which is four years old at this point), 
- update lang/nqp from its wip version and 
- import wip/rakudo as lang/rakudo.

Rakudo Star is Rakudo plus a set of core modules, while Rakudo is just the interpreter. Packaging the modules separately is much easier and cleaner from a packager perspective.

Thanks to mspo@, we have a number of working Perl 6 modules in wip, though they could benefit from a framework.

Anyone using the old rakudo-star package, please speak up.
