cortex-var GSL library missing

Hello 

I am working on a package named "cortex-var", which i put in wip. Building seems incomplete but goes through. But during installation, it shows GSL library missing where as GSL is builtin with the packages. Few output line:

 Checking file permissions in cortex-var-1.0.5.21

=> Checking for missing run-time search paths in cortex-var-1.0.5.21

ERROR: bin/cortex_var_31_c1: missing library: libgslcblas.so.0

ERROR: bin/cortex_var_31_c1: missing library: libgsl.so.0

*** Error code 1

Need your expert opinion please.
