Packages for earmv4

Would it be possible to create a directory on ftp.n.o for earmv4 under
/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD then change the symlinks for cats, hpcarm,
netwinder and shark to point to it ?

I haven't checked whether I have file permissions to do it myself.

I don't really have the network bandwidth to be able to upload a full
pbulk build for this, is it worth uploading a subset of packages as
I build them ?
