Not in 0.61. That's why I've updated print/p5-Net-CUPS to 0.63, and before 
PRing that, I need a way to switch CUPS versions.
Would a "cups15" option be OK?

(Yes, 0.64 came out yesterday incorporating an old patch of mine which 
has been lying around at rt.cpan.org for seven years. I'll update to that.)
