check/check-files.mk comment references ${SYSCONFDIR}

On line 332 of check/check-files.mk, there's the following comment:

  # Check ${SYSCONFDIR} for files which are not in the PLIST and are also
  # not copied into place by the INSTALL scripts.

Should ${SYSCONFDIR} be ${PKG_SYSCONFDIR} instead?
