I'm not sure I understand. If you have a clone of the current pkgsrc-wip
repository (typically under "/usr/pkgsrc/wip"), that's where it'll be.

If you're asking about the distfiles involved, 'make fetch' (at least
on NetBSD-7) will retrieve them.

I've not tried running 'make' from -current on NetBSD-7.

It is quite a lot. I'll send separately to you only to not spam the
lists. The last few lines are:

[...]
Applying[.MAKE.MODE] :t to ""
Result[.MAKE.MODE] of :t is ""
Global:MFLAGS = -d v -V PATH
Global:.INCLUDES =
Global:.LIBS =
Applying[.MAKE.EXPAND_VARIABLES] :U to ""
Result[.MAKE.EXPAND_VARIABLES] of :U is ""
Applying[.MAKE.EXPAND_VARIABLES] :t to ""

On:

$ uname -a
NetBSD x3650.technoskunk.fur 7.1_RC1 NetBSD 7.1_RC1 (RACKMOUNT) #5: Tue Feb 14 19:13:58 CST 2017 sysop%x3650.technoskunk.fur@localhost:/r1/build/netbsd-7/obj/amd64/sys/arch/amd64/compile/RACKMOUNT amd64

the last few lines are:

[...]
Command:v = _SRC_TOP_
Applying[_SRC_TOP_] :Q to ""

Result[_SRC_TOP_] of :Q is ""
Result[.MAKEOVERRIDES] of :@ is ".MAKE.LEVEL.ENV=MAKELEVEL HOST_OSTYPE=NetBSD-7.1_RC1-amd64 _SRC_TOP_="
Global:.INCLUDES =

Applying[.MAKE.EXPAND_VARIABLES] :t to ""

Again, I'll send the complete output separately to you only.

Thanks.
