It was Bitrig, but it's for bootstrapping Cargo, not Rust, though I
believe they are planning to require Cargo for bootstrapping Rust at
some point, so...

I have a mostly working package for it here:

  https://github.com/joyent/pkgsrc-joyent/tree/master/cargo/

but it needs a bit more time to get it working correctly before I
import it.
