Never mind.  I missed the warnings.  I thought that this was a list of
packages that did not build.

Those warnings are bogus in any case.  All of those libraries are
installed.  I can see what the problem is but it's kind of messy.  The
setup script is using a deprecated utility to find /usr/pkg directories
and failing.  If I hard code them the package does actually fail
because it tries to link to libraries that don't exist such as -lXpm.

I will see if upgrading to the next version helps although that is
still pretty old.
