Permission to commit to lang/go14 and lang/go during the freeze

I would like to commit the patch from PR pkg/50565 (reproduced with
non-broken formatting in
https://gist.github.com/bsiegert/5a6de6c85e81802e0a21) to lang/go14
during the current freeze. It is a fairly low-risk patch that fixes
compilation on some Solaris-based platforms, notably OpenIndiana.

Also, wiz has just made me aware of
https://go-review.googlesource.com/#/c/17672/, which fixes a security
issue in lang/go. Again, I would like to apply this diff.

lang/go14 is "almost" a leaf package, its only dependency is lang/go
(for building). lang/go is not a leaf by any means.

OK to commit?
