Re: First go at adding GCC_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED support

I've not replied in awhile because I had nothing new to add. But given 
the recent post by Richard PALO I thought I should say something. I am still 
interested in working on this, but if anyone has more skill and more 
time then don't let me hold things up.

I decided I needed to learn more about the build system and so have 
been creating some WIP packages first before having another go at 
gcc.mk.
