rsync and pbulk

I'm also trying to get pbulk running useful in my environment,
but I'm coming across some issues, one concerning frequently the following
when running bulkbuild:
> Warning: All log files of the previous pbulk run will be
> removed in 5 seconds. If you want to abort, press Ctrl-C.
> Removing old scan results
> Using old scan results from /export/pub/pkgsrc/bulklog.old/meta/pscan
> Scanning...
> . 1/1
> Resolving...
> Scanning...
> .......... 10/10
> Resolving...
> Scanning...
> pbulk-scan: Could not bind socket: Address already in use

If I reboot the dev zone (this is on SunOS) and rmsandbox all the scan sandboxes
it usually works okay:
