It makes sense to depend on gnupg. pinentry, less so, because I thought enigmail would cache passphrase (but I read an old manual, so maybe that has been ripped out now that gpg-agent exists). pinentry-qt not working is a bug, and I think it's not good to encode that in other packages dependencies. So if just depending on pinentry isn't ok, then perhaps pinentry should be fixed, rather than pointing to pinentry-gtk.
