wip/openconnect and wip/vpnc-script

Hello,

I have updated wip/openconnect to the latest version. It works
perfectly with the VPN of my university at vpn.uni-rostock.de .
The prerequisite package wip/vpnc-script was missing a LICENSE
string in the Makefile, but now pkglint -Wall shows 'looks fine'
for both packages.

Please review for inclusion into pkgsrc.
