cwrapper status

Hi,

cwrapper support is imported, and I have enabled it with USE_CWRAPPERS=yes.
But I cannot find the packages that is build properly with cwrapper.
For example, graphics/lcms says that libtool is not found.
And graphics/netpbm says that -lnetpbm not found.

What packages are tested with cwrapper?
And how to debug cwrapper support?
