Removing SVR4_PKGNAME?

Hi!

In the past, SVR4_PKGNAME was a short name of five characters max,
used on old Solaris versions so that packages compatible with their
packaging tools could be created.

I haven't seen anyone talking about or adding these alternate names to
packages for a very long time, so I wonder if it's time to remove
them.
