Update devel/xulrunner24 to 24.4.0

Hi,

I would like to update devel/xulrunner24 to 24.4.0.
24.4.0 is security fix release of firefox/xulrunner ESR version.

No patch change is needed.
And 24.4.0 is binary compatible with 24.*.
No recursive revbump is needed.
