It is a race condition, so it sometimes works and sometimes fails.

I fixed this last year, but for some reason the recent update to that
package removed my change:

  -# "Can't locate Glib/ParseXSDoc.pm in @INC .."
  -MAKE_JOBS_SAFE=        no
  -

I don't know why that change was made.
