earmhf can't add packages

Hi,

It's nice that we now have hardware floating point support for ARM, but 
pkgsrc will build a package, then refuse to install it:

pkg_add: Warning: package `digest-20121220' was built for a platform:
pkg_add: NetBSD/earmhf 6.99.24 (pkg) vs. NetBSD/earm 6.99.24 (this host)

So why is buildinfo[BI_MACHINE_ARCH] not the same as effective_arch (which 
is MACHINE_ARCH)? sysctl hw.machine_arch gives earmhf, so from where does 
pkg_install get the wrong MACHINE_ARCH?
