Updated again just now.

A whole pile of ruby18 packages broke, with what seem to probably be
infrastructure issues. One batch fails PLIST with an extra file that
looks to be packaging metadata; the other batch fails trying to access
$(PREFIX)/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/build_info/$(PKGNAME).info. All of these
packages continue to work fine with ruby193. It would probably be
helpful if the Ruby folks could look into this.

A lot of the other "broken" stuff has been effectively broken all
along but was masked by the imake issues or other failures.
