regression of xf86-input-mouse-1.8.1

Hi,

In update of x11/xf86-input-mouse to 1.8.1, patches for wscons support on NetBSD
had been lost.

We should already have xf86-input-mouse-1.9.0 in xsrc with such patches,
so I feel it is better to update pkgsrc one based on it.
any volunteer?
(but it is curious why such patches are not merged to upstream yet)
