mit license is ambiguous

licenses/mit seems ambiguous. From:

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#X11License

"This license is sometimes called the MIT license, but that term is
misleading, since MIT has used many licenses for software."

I'm seeing:

http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/License:X11

and

http://directory.fsf.org/wiki/License:Expat

The difference is the advertising clause discussed here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIT_License#Various_versions

It seems that it would be better to rename licenses/mit to licenses/expat and
add licenses/x11 for MIT-style licenses that have the advertising clause. What
say you, tech-pkg@?
