Updated x11-links to 0.73 (expand .la automatically)

Hi,

I've updated pkgtools/x11-links to 0.73.

Now, libtool archive (.la) files noted in x11-links/files/* will be expanded
automatically, same as PLIST handling. So you will not need to maintain
shard libraries noted in such files anymore if OPSYS provide .la files.

It was nasty to maintain the list at every OS update, and shlib variants
(.so, .dylib, and welcome to .dll for Cygwin).
