Freezes occur on or about March 15th, June 15th, September 15th,
and December 15th. Easy enough to remember, they are done quarterly
two weeks before the end of the quarter.

Okay, good to know.
So that's 19 days before a freeze and then 2 weeks during the freeze
itself. I'd like not to count on the post-freeze timeframe given the
amount of time it takes to perform a bulkbuild on one server.
So if 19 days is considered enough time to flush out perl upgrade
issues, then we still have time (I guess). I guess I'm a bit more
conservative since I don't know the driver for updating it.
