pkg_chk selects incorrect python packages (patch)

pkg_chk fails when presented with a set of binary packages which
include multiple packages generated from the same pkgdir - e.g.:
py{25,26,27}-sqlite3-0nb2.tgz

The attached (also at
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/abs/pkg_chk/DIFF) attempts to
rectify this by tracking multiple pkgname+version values per pkgdir
key (plus a couple of other changes -
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/abs/pkg_chk/changelog)

This seems to work for me, and has not obviously broken anything else :)

If others would like to have a poke before I commit...

David
