To elaborate on this, when you want to do a complete rebuild of your packages, 
do not forget to delete the /usr/pkgsrc/packages tree and all work directories 
(usually /usr/pkgsrc/*/*/work). It happened to me, too, and I had to redo the 
whole thing.
