LibXau breaks

If try compiling /x11/libXau breaks with 

checking if cc -std=gnu99 supports -Werror=implicit... no
checking if cc -std=gnu99 supports -errwarn=E_NO_EXPLICIT_TYPE_GIVEN 
-errwarn=E_NO_IMPLICIT_DECL_ALLOWED... eval: 1: Syntax error: Bad substitution

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/x11/libXau

i see possible unrecognized command, but why it's running if compiling from 
/x11/libXau/work/libXau it running !
