Broken binaries again

Once again we have broken quarter binaries on ftp://.
Besides others now it is firefox{,10}.
As you can see we have REQUIRES/PROVIDES inconsistencies again
(libxul.so and others).
As a result neither nih nor pkgin are able to install/update
these packages.

I believe we should be more attentive and check this kind of problems
before releasing packages.
