Why is gsed pointing to /usr/bin/sed it's not GNU sed it's NetBSD sed?

This is way adding gsed to USE_TOOLS broke things as its not doing what
it's suppost to an pull in textproc/gsed.

I think the following line from mk/tools/ should be removed!
TOOLS_PLATFORM.gsed?=           ${TOOLS_PLATFORM.sed}
