Sadly, this package has:
RESTRICTED=             source archive is not redistributable
NO_BIN_ON_CDROM=        ${RESTRICTED}
NO_SRC_ON_CDROM=        ${RESTRICTED}
NO_BIN_ON_FTP=          ${RESTRICTED}
NO_SRC_ON_FTP=          ${RESTRICTED}

Please remove the file.
