Strange bulk build problem (on MirBSD)

Hi all,

I am trying to do a bulk build for pkgsrc-2011Q3 on the MirBSD
platform using the pbulk framework. Each time, a large number of
packages are failing (see the corresponding reports on pkgsrc-bulk).

In most of the failing packages, I see something like this in the log:

===> Installing dependencies for libtool-base-2.2.6bnb5
=> Build dependency f2c>=20090411nb2: NOT found
=> Verifying /nonexistent for ../../lang/f2c
bmake: don't know how to make /nonexistent. Stop

bmake: stopped in /pbulk/pkgsrc/lang/f2c
*** Error code 2

Stop.
bmake: stopped in /pbulk/pkgsrc/devel/libtool-base

The same thing happens for lang/perl5 and possibly others. It seems
that pbulk did not even attempt to build these packages. Any ideas why
this could be?

I attached the mk.conf used in the bootstrap kit. The only thing that
is different from the pkgsrc-2011Q2 bulk build (which worked fine) is
that PKG_DEVELOPER is not set to yes.
