gir file from gobject-introspection

Hi,

I am packaging libpeas, http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libpeas/1.1/ .
It requires gobject-introspection enabled x11/gtk3,
that is  Gtk-3.0.gir is needed.
Recursively, gdk-pixbuf2, pango and so on need gobject-introspection
support.

I feel that enabling gobject-introspection is needed globally.
Can I enable gobject-introspection (adding 
.include "../../devel/gobject-introspection/buildlink3.mk"
line) to these packages?

Is there any opinion or objection?
