Incompatibility between NetBSD and some packages

Hi,

I have some packages that are not working properly with non-LANG=C
environments.

For example, wip/FlightCrew, wip/Sigil, and wip/cclive.

Error message is here.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  locale::facet::_S_create_c_locale name not valid
zsh: abort (core dumped)  sigil


This error had been reported sometimes.

Can I add these modern packages to main pkgsrc tree?
And could anyone analyse or fix this incompatibility?
