PKGSRC_COMPILER= clang does not work

Hi,

I have added "PKGSRC_COMPILER= clang f2c" to my mk.conf, but pkgsrc uses system
gcc instead of clang. Invoking make did not pull clang as dependency.
NetBSD/pkgsrc current, amd64.
