I did a `grep 'PERL5_PACKLIST=""' p5-*/+*INSTALL' in my PKGDB_DIR and
came up with 'p5-SGMLS-1.03.2nb1', so there are probably more.

As to whether this is The Right Thing(TM) I'm not sure either, and I'd
say its best left up to jlam@ seen he's the maintainer.
