In short, don't. The results will generally not be what you or the user
expects, unless the dependency is already installed.

Then, result in same as suggestion from tnn@:
DEPENDS+=       ${PYPKGPREFIX}-ibus>=1.2:../../wip/ibus

Should ibus-qt package also contains ${PYPKGPREFIX} as its PKGNAME?
