and another 50 down :)

If someone takes a pass at converting a package and hits an issue does
it make sense to add a comment to the Makefile as to what is
outstanding, to help anyone else working on DESTDIR fixes?

Also, are there any infrastructure changes that really should happen
before cutting over - fixes to pkg_rr for example?
