Problems with new pango, atk or gtk2+ under Mac OS X

        Hello,

the update of either "atk", "pango" or "gtk2+" today made GTK+ applications
unusable on my Mac OS X Snow Leopard system (NetBSD/amd64 5.0_STABLE
works fine). XChat needs *minutes* (on a Mac Pro) before the first
window appears and uses 100% CPU during that time. When the window
appears and takes forever to render the GUI which then reacts very,
very slowy. XChat is still using 100% at that point of time. The
same happens with "gmp3info".

Does anybody else have this problem?
