We could ask TNF to sponsor the conference, or at worst introduce
a ~25 EUR registration fee to be paid at the door. Eitherway I don't
think it will be a major issue to raise 300 EUR.

Ask previous organisers if they think the suggested location is
suitable. If they agree, decide on a date and make it final ASAP so
people can start to plan their trip and take time off from work.
